Context. Leading players from the
mobile telecom and internet access worlds wanted to develop
multi-access services.
Mission. We structured a joint
venture between them plus a leading portal, evaluated each
player's contribution to the joint venture and drafted the value
sharing model based on financial analysis.
Results. A joint venture between
the mobile operator, a fixed access player and a leading portal
ensured that synergies were captured yielding improved
commercialization, services, content acquisition and technology.
