Case: Business unit divestment
Context. Our client wanted to
divest one of its business units operating in the IT-hardware
maintenance sector.
Mission. We were asked to
establish a valuation for the business unit, screen and evaluate
potential acquirers, initiate discussions and support the
execution including the sale and carve-out process.
Results. The business unit was
successfully sold to a leading international company in which it
found a new home for further expansion.
